Homestead Blog Hop #3

Homestead Blog Hop - Every Tuesday! | Real food recipes, live stock, crafts, DIY, how-to’s, gardening, homeschooling, natural home and health, self-sufficiency, self-reliance, natural remedies, essential oils, and more! | Whole-Fed Homestead

Welcome Friends and Fellow Homesteaders!

As a community, homesteaders have been sharing their knowledge, skills, and home goods with each other for hundreds of years. It’s the essence of who we are! If you were closer, I’d be on my way over with a pint of raw honey and a dozen farm fresh eggs! We’d talk about how this weather has affected the hay crop, how many quarts of apple cider you put up this fall, the new chickens we’re getting this spring- and your grandmother’s famous roasted chicken recipe.

I can’t think of a better way to honor traditional homesteading values, than to share with each other our struggles and successes, gardening tips, stories about raising kids and animals, how-to’s, natural health care and recipes- even if it is over the internet. I love being part of this incredible, supportive, and fun community. And I am so excited to co-host this Homestead Blog Hop with Essential Homestead and The Homesteading Mama – what a great opportunity!

Check out the featured posts from last week’s hop!

A Quick and Easy Evergreen Wreath from Fresh Eggs Daily; DIY Soap Curing Rack from 2Boys1Homestead, and my November Homestead Monthly (thanks ladies- glad you enjoyed reading it!).
