Here are the secrets: I gently bake the berries first to draw out their juices, then cook the jam hot and fast to retain the freshest strawberry flavor.

Adding in some honey and vanilla adds back in some of the floral notes of a fresh-picked berry, which gives this jam a full-bodied flavor.

It's a truly spectacular strawberry jam with both brightness and deeper jammy notes— you'll love it!

In Summer it’s ripe berries and fresh garden veggies every day. And in Spring I want to grill all the things and eat crisp salads. Hmm... nature or nurture?
